Caren has 18+ years of experience from the tech and supply chain industry, and has previously been CTO for Microsoft Norway within the industries of construction, retail and FMCG. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve value-based technology transformation in an era characterized by AI and Industry 4.0. Caren specializes in connecting business needs with technology to realize value and drive innovation. She has domain knowledge in cloud-based migration of data and platform infrastructure, implementation of generative AI for value chains, as well as IT and OT convergence in smart factories. With an academic background as a business economist from BI in Norway and studies in cloud computing at MIT in the USA, Caren is well-equipped to lead organizations through complex technological changes and achieve success.
